Scientific Program

Description

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains the leading cause of death and disability worldwide, presenting ongoing challenges for clinicians despite major therapeutic advances. In this era of rapidly evolving technologies and device innovation, staying current demands not only scientific exchange but also the continuous refinement of procedural skills and judgment.

The Puerto Rican Society of Interventional Cardiology (SPCI) welcomes you to its 2025 Annual Scientific Congress, dedicated to Mastery, Complications, and Innovation in Interventional Cardiology. This year’s meeting unites international experts and local faculty for two days of live cases, interactive lectures, and multidisciplinary discussions designed to translate technical excellence and real-world experience into better patient outcomes.

SPCI 2025 emphasizes the practical and human aspects of intervention—how to anticipate, prevent, and manage complications, and how innovation and imaging continue to reshape the field. Live transmissions from Puerto Rico, Brazil, and Switzerland will highlight complex coronary, structural, and peripheral interventions performed by leading operators from around the world.
