Jointly provided with HAME.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Healthcare Alliance for Medical Education (HAME) and the Sociedad Puertorriqueña de Cardiología Intervencional. HAME is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians, ACCME Provider #0008322.

As the accredited provider, HAME is responsible for the CME content of this meeting. That includes identifying and mitigating all relevant financial relationships of everyone in control of content before the activity begins, collecting faculty disclosures, and reporting completion records where required. Exhibits and other activities offered by ineligible companies are kept separate from the accredited education.

HAME also manages the meeting itself, from registration through credit reporting. Credit designation, the full planner and faculty disclosure table, and instructions for claiming credit will be published on this page as the program is finalized.
